$656 Million Mega Millions Jackpot Hit in Maryland

Winning Ticket Sold in Baltimore County one of several nationwide

Maryland sold one of the winning tickets for last night’s record-breaking $656 million Mega Millions jackpot. The lucky ticket was purchased at a retailer in Baltimore County. Lottery officials are waiting for information on jackpot winners from other Mega Millions states. The multi-state Mega Millions game is played in 44 states and jurisdictions – including Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia. Last night’s winning numbers were 2-4-23-38-46 and Mega Ball 23.

“This is truly remarkable and historic,” said Maryland Lottery Director Stephen Martino. “We can’t wait to greet the winner of this world-record setting jackpot.”

All I can say is it must be overwhelming to win that kind of money.. Had it been me Half of the winnings would have went to charity and needy another chunk would have went to my 8 kids future and my nieces and nephews. the rest i would divide between all my family and friends and one thing i would do for myself is give my fiance enough to take care of his finances so that he and i can have our wedding and start living our lives together.. shit i would be happy with 500k im not greedy that would be enough to do all i need to do for my life right now. anyway congratz to all the folks that did win.
