Which subscription would you like?

It’s easy. Choose between Multi-Match and Mega Millions. Then just sit back, relax and know that your numbers will be played for you, every drawing, automatically. So you’ll never miss the thrill of playing for big jackpots. You don’t even need to check your numbers because we do it for you.

MULTI-MATCHAPPLICATION FORM

With a Multi-Match subscription you can play your numbers for 13, 26, or 52 weeks. If you win, the Maryland Lottery will automatically send you your winnings (all $2 and $7 Multi-Match prizes will be sent to you in one lump sum at the end of your subscription).

To order a Mega Millions or Multi-Match subscription, complete the games corresponding application form, select your plan and numbers and return it in an envelope to the address listed on the form, along with a check or money order payable to the Maryland State Lottery.

MEGA MILLIONSAPPLICATION FORM

With a Mega Millions subscription, you can play your numbers for 13, 26 or 52 weeks.
Subscriptions are a fun and easy way to play Mega Millions. Here’s how to claim your subscription prizes:

Winners of prizes less than $10:
You will receive one check at the end of your subscription for the total of all prizes won.

Winners of prizes from $12 to $599:
The Maryland Lottery will mail you a check within 3 weeks of the drawing.

Winners of $600 or more:
The Maryland Lottery will send you a form in the mail with instructions on how to claim your prize.

POWERBALL

A subscription for Powerball is not available at this time.

Please note…

The Maryland Lottery will NEVER ask you for your social security number or any other personal information concerning your subscription or your winnings over the phone. In addition, the Maryland Lottery will NEVER ask you for money in exchange for prizes.

If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be a Maryland Lottery or Mega Millions employee, do NOT supply them with personal information.

If they ask you to provide your social security number over the phone, or if they ask you for money in exchange for a prize, contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division at 410-528-8662 immediately.
