Roulette has no winner I brought 15 tickets at one time and had no winner nothing not even $3. They I went to another location n purchase 5 still nothing. I ask people who buy scratch offs and they has not anything on that game either. Please explain when every three should win something.

Bernie: Winning tickets are distributed randomly throughout an entire game. You can reference the ratio of winners on the back of the ticket. If the average chance of winning a prize is 1:5, this does not mean there is an automatic winner within every five consecutive tickets. There is no pattern as to where winning tickets will occur. Just as the possibility of purchasing a winning ticket exists, it is also possible to buy multiple tickets back-to-back without receiving a winner at all. Like all Lottery games, scratch-off results are purely the luck of the draw and are simply a matter of random chance. In addition, the odds on the back of the ticket are the ‘overall odds,’ which is best described as the ratio of winning tickets to non-winning tickets from all tickets printed for the game.

“Geographical location” and “timing (winners come out later in distribution)” determines MOST winners on those Scratch Tickets. Its a fix and impossible to prove. STOP playing them. Sucker’s game!

Do you have any idea where i can find these tickets i no there are a lot left i no in the prizes remaining the stats have not been moving at all lately 21061,21060.What happened to player club’s?

Tom: Player’s Club has been pulled in favor of other $20 tickets. We plan on relaunching the Player’s Club game in the future.

I purchased several lucky times 20 tickets several months ago and have not been able to cash in my $40 win due to the tickets being stuck together, part of the bar code is stuck on one of the other tickets. I spent way over $40 just to win $40,and would really like to receive my winings.
Can you please explain the options that are available for me.
