I have won $5.00 dollars twice on pick three drawings in Rockville, Md and Olney, Md.

I spent over 2 bucks both times I won a prize.  I bought two .50 cent box and one dollar box.

And at two different locations; one at a 7-11 and one at a beer and wine.
