Davidsonville Couple Wins Bonus Match 5-- Five Times Over
Five lucky numbers add up to $250,000 win

 

BALTIMORE, MD – Joe and Suzanne Korecky have been playing the same five numbers every week for a couple years now, and last Monday, that persistence paid off to the tune of $250,000.

They played their lucky numbers five times, winning $50,000 for each. “I sometimes play the numbers nine times per game,” said Mr. Korecky. About two years ago, the couple won $1,200 using these same numbers, and had faith that the numbers would bring another win in due time. They were right, and couldn’t be happier about it. “We couldn’t sleep much last night” they said, “We were just so excited!”

The two IRS retirees have had a lot of luck playing other games as well. In May, they won $6,000 playing slots in Atlantic City. They were also the winners of an eight-day Caribbean cruise.

The Korecky’s just celebrated their 10^th Anniversary, and are thinking about using some of the money to go on another cruise around Alaska to commemorate this special occasion. They also intend to use some of their winnings to build a deck on their home and plan to put some of the money in savings.  

The winning ticket was purchased at 7 Summers Liquors in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
