Columbia Man Wins Dubble Bubble Doubler Dream Trip to Boston
Grand-Prize trip to watch the Orioles play at Fenway Park

(Baltimore) – Edwin Tenali was enjoying his annual family vacation at Deep Creek Lake in Western Maryland when he received a surprising phone call.  Lottery Director Buddy Roogow was on the other end of the phone telling him that he was the grand-prize winner in the Dubble Bubble Doubler second-chance drawing.

The grand prize includes a trip for four to watch the Orioles play at Fenway Park in Boston.  Along with tickets to the game, Edwin will receive a stay at the Orioles team hotel, an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Fenway Park and a visit to Orioles batting practice.

When speaking with Lottery officials today, Edwin said, “I am thrilled.  I was in shock all day yesterday.”  The 29-year-old physician’s assistant plans to take his wife, brother and best friend to Boston with him.  The lucky winner will take part in an on-field presentation at Camden Yards on July 26^th, prior to the Orioles game.

Fifteen other Marylanders won a “Dream Day at Oriole Park” and ten players received “Dream Seats to an Orioles Game.”  Lottery players mailed in non-winning Dubble Bubble Doubler scratch-off tickets to enter.  The lucky winners were randomly selected from over 12,000 entries.
