$50,000 Win for Baltimore Man is No Joke
Joker’s Wild Winner Claims Top Prize

(Baltimore) A Harrisonville man had a hunch that he was going to win big and visit Lottery headquarters. His hunch turned into a reality as he collected $50,000 playing the Joker’s Wild scratch-off game.
 
An avid scratch-off player, the lucky winner’s favorite ticket is the Extreme Green scratch-off ticket on which he won $25. But it was Joker’s Wild that had him laughing all the way to the bank. One day this summer, he told his cousin’s son that he was going to be a big winner. “I’m going to visit Lottery headquarters real soon to collect,” said the smiling man. After some time passed, his prediction proved true when he stopped at a local Lottery retailer and purchased a Joker’s Wild scratch-off. He was prompted to buy the ticket after acquaintances mentioned the new Batman movie. He bought three tickets with no luck, but with the fourth, he looked and said, “this is it,” as he displayed the winning Joker image to his cousin.

The winner plans to give his some of his winnings to the church, pay bills and share with his family.

The winning ticket was purchased at J & S Liquors on 10000 Liberty Road in Randallstown.
