Five
$250,000 Mega Millions Tickets Remain Unclaimed
Friday Night’s Jackpot Rises to $102 Million
(Baltimore) –
Five Marylanders may be $250,000 richer and not even know it. There
are currently five Mega Millions second-tier tickets that
remain unclaimed this year. And, since there was no jackpot winner
last night, Friday night’s drawing now has a jackpot of $102
million.
One of the tickets was purchased at Mars #10 on Belair Rd. in
Nottingham for the February 13th drawing. The final
claim date is fast approaching – the ticket must be claimed by
August 14th. All Mega Millions prizes must be
claimed within 182 days of the drawing date. The other unclaimed
tickets, which have a little longer lifespan, are:
·
April 7th Drawing: Purchased at 7-11 on
Davidsonville Rd
in Crofton
·
June 23rd Drawing: Purchased at Royal Farm on
Pulaski
Highway
in Elkton
·
July 28th Drawing: Purchased at York Exxon in
Cockeysville
·
July 31st Drawing: Purchased at Cherry Hill
Sunoco in Silver Spring
Since January,
Maryland has sold 24 second-tier Mega Millions $250,000
winning tickets. In addition, 119 players have won the third-tier
$10,000 prize. Mega Millions drawings take place on Tuesday
and Friday evenings, and can be viewed on WBAL-TV Channel 11 at
11:22 PM.
