Mega Millions Jackpot Soars to $207 Million
$250,000 Ticket Sold in Baltimore

(
Baltimore) – Close, but not quite there.  One lucky Mega Millions player in Baltimore won the second-tier $250,000 prize, missing the big jackpot by only one number.  In fact, nobody hit all six numbers, making Friday night’s jackpot a whopping $207 million.

The winning $250,000 ticket was sold at Fatties B&G, located at 1030 Old Eastern Ave. in Baltimore.  That winner matched all five numbers except the Mega Ball.  Three other Marylanders won the third-tier prize worth $10,000 each.  Maryland players have been winning big all year long with Mega Millions.  Since January, 25 second-tier winners won $250,000 each and 130 third-tier winners received $10,000 each.  Including last night’s winner, four total $250,000 tickets remain unclaimed.  Those include:

·         April 7th Drawing:            7-11 on Davidsonville Rd in Crofton

·         June 23rd Drawing:          Royal Farm in Elkton

·         July 28th Drawing:           York Exxon in Cockeysville

In other big news, the Multi-Match jackpot for tonight is at a record-breaking $3.75 million.  The multi-state Mega Millions game can be seen on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 11:22 p.m. on WBAL-TV, Channel 11.  Multi-Match can be seen on Wednesday and Saturday evenings at 11:22 p.m. on WBAL-TV, Channel 11.
