2-2-2 Pays Out Nearly $1.17 Million
Wednesday’s Midday Pick 3 Breaks the Bank

(Baltimore) – Pick 3 players across Maryland cashed in big yesterday afternoon.  The midday winning number, 2-2-2, paid out nearly $1.17 million to Lottery players. This comes on the heels of the Green Ball Double Draw promotion, which paid more than $1.36 million in bonus cash to Pick 3 players in just one month.

Lottery officials report that sales for Wednesday’s midday Pick 3 drawing were just over $272,000.  The payout of $1.17 million was 429% more than those ticket sales for the game.  

The Maryland Lottery’s Pick 3 drawings are held twice daily -- midday and evening, seven-days-a-week and are televised on WBAL-TV.
