First top-prize winning ticket sold in the game in 2025
We have our first Bonus Match 5 top-prize winner of 2025! A $50,000 winning ticket was purchased in Towson for the Thursday, Jan. 2 drawing.
The winning numbers from the drawing were 5, 9, 11, 22 and 33; the Bonus Ball was 14. Check your tickets if you bought them at Stoko’s, located at 6821 Loch Raven Boulevard in Baltimore County. The Towson carryout location will receive a $500 Lottery bonus for selling the top-prize winning ticket.
This is the first Bonus Match 5 top-prize winner of 2025. There were 36 top-prize winning tickets sold in the game in 2024.
Lottery officials urge the winner to sign the back of the ticket and put it in a safe place. The player has 182 days to claim the prize.
Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail. Lottery headquarters is in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330, in Baltimore. An appointment is required to claim in person (no walk-ins).
