Anne Arundel County retailer sells the 37th third-tier prize of 2024
Check your Powerball numbers if you bought your ticket for last night’s drawing in Edgewater.
A $50,000 winning ticket was purchased at 24-7 Tobacco & Grocery, located at 119 Mayo Road in Edgewater and one of their customers is now $50,000 richer after winning the third-tier Powerball prize.
The winning numbers for last night’s drawing were 06, 19, 35, 47 and 57; the Power Ball number was 9. This is the 37th third-tier winning Powerball ticket sold in Maryland in 2024.
Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe location. They get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore. The Powerball jackpot has now jumped to an estimated $201 million for the Aug. 10 drawing, with an estimated cash option of $100 million.
Powerball players can watch every drawing live, as every Powerball and Double Play drawing are live streamed at mdlottery.com. Drawings take place at 10:59 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Double Play is an additional drawing that takes place about 30 minutes after the regular drawing. Watch the drawing between 11:25 p.m. and 11:29 p.m.
