This is the seventh Multi-Match jackpot winner in 2024
If you purchased a Multi-Match ticket in Carroll County, you might want to check your tickets as a winner was sold in Eldersburg last night. One lucky player matched all six numbers from the Aug. 1 drawing. The estimated annuity jackpot was $540,000.
The winning numbers were 15, 22, 25, 26, 34 and 35. The Multi-Match winner can choose between the annuity, paid in 25 equal installments, or an estimated $290,000 cash option (before taxes).
The winning ticket was purchased at Sunoco at 1400 Liberty Road in Eldersburg. The Carroll County retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winner This is the seventh Multi-Match jackpot winner of 2024. The first six were sold:
- March 25 at Klein’s Shop Rite in Belcamp ($2.1 million)
- April 29 at St. Paul Mini Mart in Baltimore ($660,000)
- May 30 at Wawa in Adelphi ($580,000)
- June 3 at Royal Farms in Glen Burnie ($500,000)
- June 20 at Four Corners Exxon in Mt. Airy ($540,000)
- July 15 at Sheetz in Cumberland ($560,000)
Top Multi-Match jackpot wins to date were $4.8 million on Sept. 19, 2009; $4.45 million on March 18, 2010; $3.8 million on Dec. 16, 2010 and $3.6 million on June 8, 2015.
Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a safe location. Players have 182 days after the date of the drawing to claim the prize.
