Player reveals $100,000 top prize at neighborhood store
A fortunate Anne Arundel County player was in the right place at the right time to find an extreme win on a $100,000 Extreme Cash scratch-off. Her $100,000 top-prize winning instant ticket was waiting for her at Fifth Avenue Liquors in Glen Burnie.
The lucky 52-year-old woman found her extreme cash by matching a number on the instant ticket with one of the six winning numbers. She left plenty of prizes remaining in the $30 scratch-off. This instant ticket, which went on sale last September, still has 49 unclaimed top prizes and thousands of others ranging from $30 to $5,000.
The Maryland Lottery retailer that sold the winning instant ticket is also a huge winner. The Anne Arundel County store located at 508 South Crain Highway in Glen Burnie will receive a bonus of $1,000 from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off.
