Pennsylvania Man Claims $296,551 FAST PLAY Progressive Jackpot

25 progressive top prizes remain on $10 Grand Progressive game

A Pennsylvania resident visited Maryland Lottery headquarters on March 14 to claim a $296,551 progressive jackpot prize on the FAST PLAY  game Grand Progressive. The prize was the largest of three that have been won so far on the $10 game.

The winning ticket was sold Feb. 27 at All Saints Liquors at 9105 All Saints Road in Laurel. The jackpot had been growing since June 3, 2024 when a player in La Plata won the game’s first progressive jackpot of $190,383. The progressive prize then reset to $100,000 and was growing until the Pennsylvania man bought the $296,551 winner.

Although nearly nine months elapsed between the game’s first and second progressive jackpots, a third one was hit just three days after the second. A Grand Progressive ticket worth $104,438 was sold March 2 in Odenton, and the prize was claimed by an Odenton resident a few days later.

The progressive jackpot starts at $100,000 and increases with the sale of each ticket until a progressive jackpot winner is sold.

The Grand Progressive game launched on April 1, 2024 with 28 progressive jackpot prizes, 25 of which remain waiting to be won. All six of the game’s second-tier prizes of $50,000 also remain as of March 17. The game began with 50 third-tier prizes of $10,000, five of which have been won on tickets sold in Capitol Heights (2), Catonsville, Edgewater and Leonardtown. Grand Progressive also offers thousands of additional prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000.

All Saints Liquors receives a bonus of $1,000 for selling the $296,551 top-tier winner.
