Prince George’s County resident claims top prize on $5 game
A Beltsville player could be cheering for the Ravens today even though they haven’t played a game in weeks. Why? Because her Maryland Lottery Ravens scratch-off just revealed a $100,000 top-prize win!
The 35-year-old Lottery player matched the winning number of 31 after scratching off the first row of the $5 instant ticket. She then revealed her big win below her lucky 31.
The Prince George’s County resident found her Lottery fortune waiting at PG News located at 3500 East-West Highway in Hyattsville. For selling a top-prize winning scratch-off, the Prince George’s County business will earn a $1,000 Lottery retailer bonus. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
The game, which went on sale in July 2020 with seven $100,000 prizes, now has three top prizes remaining. The popular scratch-off still has one unclaimed $10,000 prize, 12 $1,000 prizes and more than 325,000 other unclaimed prizes ranging from $5 to $500.
