Claims $100,000 prize in $5 game
A 60-year-old Prince George’s County resident is celebrating after revealing a $100,000 top prize while playing the popular Ravens X5 scratch-off game. The Clinton woman claimed the prize this week.
The $5 instant ticket is one of two Ravens scratch-off games that went on sale in August and were part of an exciting second-chance contest. Players walked away with everything from cash to Ravens season tickets. Although the second-chance contest ended, the scratch-off remains packed with prizes and has two more top prizes remaining. Also available are five $10,000 prizes, 16 $1,000 prizes and more than 460,000 prizes ranging from $5 to $500.
The Lottery retailer that sold the winning instant ticket shares in the fun. DMV Convenience and Wireless located at 3173 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills receives a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off of $100,000 or more.
