SAMPLE LOCAL WINES, savor delicious food, dance to live music and spin the Maryland Lottery’s famous prize wheel at the Westminster Wine Stroll in Carroll County. This spring festival set amidst historic buildings offers something for everyone.

Live musical entertainment includes Ebb & Nova, What’s Next and The Amish Outlaws. For fun and games, stop by our booth and take a spin (ages 18 and up) on our prize wheel. Everybody walks away a winner! Talk to team members about Lottery games and promotions. You can also get answers to your Lottery questions.
