For the WIn, Quinella, Trifecta, and Exacta prizes, multiply $1 prize payout times dollars bet to determine payouts for other dollar amounts played per race.
For the Superfecta, divide $1 prize payout by either 10 or 2 to determine payouts when betting $0.10 and $0.50 per race respectively.
The Racetrax®/Racetrax® Bonus win levels are: a) Win (includes Win and Win/Show), b) Show (includes Show and Win/Show), c) Quinella, d) Trifecta (includes Trifecta, Trifecta Box and Trifecta Wheel), e) Exacta (includes Exacta, Exacta Box and Exacta Wheel), and f) Superfecta (includes Superfecta, Superfecta Box and Superfecta Wheel).
WIN, SHOW, QUINELLA, EXACTA and TRIFECTA Bet Types
There is a $1 million liability cap per race per win level when playing Racetrax® (with or without Racetrax® Bonus). This $1 million cap is effective regarding the Racetrax® portion of the wager whether Racetrax® Bonus is played or not and whether Racetrax® Bonus is won or not. This means that there is a maximum prize pool of $1 million per race per win level that can be won when playing Racetrax®, whether or not Racetrax® Bonus is played. If the combined winnings in any one Racetrax® win level exceed the $1 million maximum liability, then the $1 million is split proportionately among winners in that win level based upon their original Racetrax® wager. Winners who would have won a higher amount will receive a larger portion (i.e., a larger prize amount) than winners who would have won a lower amount. When the liability cap per race for one win level is exceeded, the prizes for the other win levels will not be affected. If any other win level’s liability cap is also exceeded, that win level’s proportionate split is done independently of any other win level.
There is a $3,150,000 liability cap per race per Racetrax® Bonus win level when there are Racetrax® Bonus winners. This Racetrax® Bonus cap applies only to the Racetrax® Bonus win portion of the wager. This means that there is a maximum prize pool of $3,150,000 per race per Racetrax® Bonus win level that can be won when playing Racetrax® Bonus when there are Racetrax® Bonus winners. If the combined winnings in any one Racetrax® Bonus win level exceed the $3,150,000 maximum liability, then the $3,150,000 prize is split proportionately among all Racetrax® Bonus winners of that one win level based on the original amount wagered. When the liability cap per race for one win level is exceeded, the prizes for the other win levels will not be affected. If any other win level’s liability cap is also exceeded, that win level’s proportionate split is done independently of any other win level.
$315,000 is the maximum prize per race on any one Racetrax® ticket when Racetrax® Bonus is not selected, or when Racetrax® Bonus is selected and “No Bonus” occurs on the Bonus wheel. $3,150,000 is the maximum prize per race on any one Racetrax® ticket when Racetrax® Bonus is selected and a bonus is won.
SUPERFECTA Bet Type
Maximum prize liability is $650,248 per race. $6,502,480 is the maximum prize liability when there are bonus winners.
$650,248 is the maximum prize per race on any one ticket without Bonus; $6,502,480 with Bonus. When maximum liability per race per bet type exceeds these stated levels, the maximum liability will be recalculated and shall be divided proportionately among the winners for that bet type for that race.
