New Carrollton man purchased FAST PLAY ticket at Hyattsville business
A 20-something Maryland Lottery player from Prince George’s County got a $75,000 start-of-life boost, thanks to a $75,000 win on a FAST PLAY THE GAME OF LIFE™ ticket.
His top-prize winner was the first one claimed in the $5 game, which has been available since July 1. In addition to another nine prizes at the $75,000 level, the ticket also has 15 of 16 of its second place $5,000 prizes remaining as well as hundreds of thousands of other prizes ranging from $5 to $500.
The New Carrollton resident redeemed his ticket on Dec. 2 at Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
David’s Liquors at 7025 Annapolis Road in Hyattsville sold the ticket and receives a Lottery bonus of $750, equal to 1% of the prize.
