No Error Message: Bel Air Resident Wins $287,056 Progressive Jackpot

Claims final prize in FAST PLAY Wild Bonus X10 game

The Harford County woman scanned her FAST PLAY Wild Bonus X10 ticket and thought she received an error message when she read “Go to Lottery.” Instead, the message meant she won a progressive jackpot of $287,056.

“I didn’t understand it. What does that mean?” the lucky lady recalled thinking after she scanned her ticket. The Bel Air resident asked her daughter to look at the message and both decided to examine the $10 ticket closely. They checked the “Winning Numbers” against “Your Numbers” and it didn’t take long to get an answer. The first number in the game’s first row matched a winning number, giving her the progressive jackpot. Under the words “Current Progressive Jackpot” on the ticket was a whopping $287,056.

“There was a smile on my face,” said the big winner. She plans to pay off bills and will invest the rest of her fortune.

She is an occasional player, buying tickets when she sees a Lottery vending machine in a store, and doesn’t follow any patterns or superstitions. She plays when the moment feels right. “Sometimes I like to try my luck,” noted the winner.

She tried her luck successfully this time at BJ’s Wholesale Club located at 413 Constant Friendship Boulevard in Abingdon. The Harford County retailer is also a winner, receiving a $1,000 Lottery bonus for selling the lucky ticket.
