Enjoys $100,000 top-prize win in $10 game
A scrumdiddilyumptious $100,000 prize is in the hands of a Baltimore County woman, who is the second Maryland Lottery player to find a top prize in the new WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ game.
Her splendiferous winning scratch-off was waiting at Wegmans #125 in Owings Mills. After purchasing the $10 instant ticket, the 58-year-old scratched off the entire game before finding a matching number in very last line. The Pikesville resident’s $100,000 prize was hiding beneath that matching number!
The popular game, which went on sale in March, also features a second-chance promotion. Players can enter non-winning WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ scratch-offs into My Lottery Rewards for a chance to win a four-day, three-night trip to Las Vegas. The prize includes $1,000 spending money and the opportunity to participate in the EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™ event with a chance to win a lifetime prize of $1 million a year.
Eight Maryland Lottery winners will be selected through the promotion. Upcoming entry deadlines are May 3, May 24, June 14, July 5, July 26, Aug. 16 and Sept. 6. Get second-chance promotion details here.
Also a winner is Wegmans #125. The grocery located at 10100 Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off worth $100,000.
The WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ has many prizes available for future winners to find including eight more $100,000 top prizes, 49 unclaimed $10,000 prizes and more than 952,000 prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000.
