A $20 play led to big payout
A lucky Baltimore City player unearthed one of the five remaining $50,000 prizes in the Gold Rush X100 game.
The 26-year-old was far from home in Western Maryland when Lottery luck came her way. She bought her lucky instant ticket at Hub City Liquors located at 1063 Maryland Avenue in Hagerstown. This Washington County retailer has also sold two $5,000-winning scratch-offs this year in the $20 $5,000 Loaded and $30 $100,000 Extreme Cash games.
Gold Rush X100 is a $20 instant ticket with 30 chances to win and a top prize of $1,000,000. This scratch-off went on sale in May 2019 with a family of Gold Rush instant tickets. The game still has more than 440,000 unclaimed prizes including three $1 million prizes, four $50,000 top prizes and 56 remaining $10,000 prizes.
