To find out what your prize is, you’ll need to scan your ticket at a Maryland Lottery retail location, or by using the Check Tickets function on the Maryland Lottery app or the My Lottery Rewards app. At a retail location, you can use the ticket checker or a self-service vending machine, or you can ask the clerk to scan your ticket.
When you scan your ticket, you’ll see a message that will tell you what you’ve won. Prizes on a ticket are pre-determined and will not change when scanned.
All tickets that display the “SPIN” symbol in the “Your Numbers” area are winners. Most “SPIN” prizes range from $10 to $250. Eight jackpot prizes give the winner the opportunity to spin The Big Spin Wheel for a chance to win up to $250,000.
If you scan one of these eight tickets at a vending machine or clerk-operated terminal, you will see a message on the video monitor that says: “Congratulations! You’ve won a Big Spin! Please check the back of your ticket for how to schedule an appointment.”
