Triple Crown promotion saves her $1 on May 15 ticket purchase
A Prince George’s County woman didn’t have to wait long on May 15 to see if her three Racetrax horses would cross the finish line in the perfect order in one of her five races. The trio – horses numbered 11, 9 and 5 – did so in the second race, giving her a Trifecta prize of $34,405 due to a 5X Bonus multiplier in that race.
The Ft. Washington resident visited an Exxon station at 8005 Indian Head Highway in Prince George’s County to buy her ticket, adding the Bonus feature to all five races. She saved $1 on her purchase, thanks to the Racetrax Triple Crown promotion. From now through June 9, Racetrax players receive $1 off each $6 purchase with a maximum discount of $5 on any ticket valued at $30 or more.
The winner claimed her prize Monday at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. She’s not the only one enjoying her fast track to fun. The Ft. Washington Exxon where she made her lucky purchase earns a bonus of $344.05 from the Lottery for selling a winning Racetrax ticket of $10,000 or more.
