Use Section 1 of your playslip to mark which Bet Type you wish to play. There are 12 horses in every race. Seven Bet Types are available. Select only one Bet Type.

• WIN: Select at least one horse to finish in 1st place.
  (Minimum Cost Per Ticket = $1)
• SHOW: Select at least one horse to finish in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
  (Minimum Cost Per Ticket = $1)
• WIN/SHOW: A WIN/SHOW is a combined WIN and SHOW bet on one ticket. One horse equals two bets.
  (Minimum Cost Per Ticket = $2)

• If your horse finishes 1st, you win the WIN and the SHOW prizes.
• If your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd, you win the SHOW prize only.
• EXACTA: Select the two horses that will finish in 1st & 2nd place in EXACT order.
  (Base bet amount = $1, Minimum bet amount = $1)
• EXACTA BOX: Select at least two horses to finish in 1st & 2nd place in ANY order. The number of wagers in an Exacta Box for one Race is equal to the number of all possible combinations based on the total number of horses selected. Two horses equal two bets.
  (Base bet amount = $1, Minimum bet amount = $2)
• EXACTA WHEEL: Select three or more horses to finish 1st & 2nd in EXACT order. Quick Pick is not available for the Exacta Wheel bet type. If more than three horses are selected, the cost for one race will be determined by the total number of all possible combinations.
  (Base bet amount = $1, Minimum bet amount = $2)
• QUINELLA: Select two or more horses to finish in 1st and 2nd place, in ANY order.
  (Minimum Cost Per Ticket = $1)
• TRIFECTA: Select the three horses that will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in EXACT order.
  (Minimum Cost Per Ticket = $1)
• TRIFECTA BOX: Select at least three horses that will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in ANY order. The number of wagers in a Trifecta Box for one Race is equal to the number of all possible combination’s based on the total number of horses selected. Three horses equal six bets.
  (Base bet amount = $0.50, Minimum bet amount = $3)
• TRIFECTA WHEEL: Select four or more horses (at least one in each box) to finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in EXACT order. Quick Pick is not available for the Trifecta Wheel bet type. If more than four horses are selected, the cost for one race will be determined by the total number of all possible combinations.
  (Base bet amount = $0.50, Minimum bet amount = $1)
• SUPERFECTA: Select four horses that will place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th in EXACT order.
  (Base bet amount = $1, Minimum bet amount = $1)
• SUPERFECTA BOX: Select at least four horses to place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th in ANY order. The number of wagers in a Superfecta Box for one Race is equal to the number of all possible combinations based on the total number of horses selected. Four horses equals 24 bets.
  (Base bet amount = $0.10, Minimum bet amount = $2.40)
• SUPERFECTA WHEEL: Select at least five horses to finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th in EXACT order. Quick Pick is not available for the Superfecta Wheel bet type. If more than five horses are selected, the cost for one race will be determined by the total number of all possible combinations.

Use section 2 of your playslip to select your horses OR mark the Quick Pick box if you want your horses selected for you. Quick Pick is NOT available for the Trifecta Wheel bet.

• WIN, SHOW or WIN/SHOW Bet: Select at least one horse in the 1st box.
• EXACTA: Select two individual horses, one in each of the 1st and 2nd boxes.
• EXACTA BOX: Select at least two horses in the 1st box.
• EXACTA WHEEL: Select three or more horses, at least one in each of the 1st and 2nd boxes.
• QUINELLA Bet: Select at least two horses in the 1st box.
• TRIFECTA Bet: Select three different individual horses, one in each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd boxes.
• TRIFECTA BOX Bet: Select at least three horses in the 1st box.
• TRIFECTA WHEEL Bet: Select four or more horses, at least one in each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd boxes.
• SUPERFECTA: Select four different individual horses, one in each of the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^thboxes.
• SUPERFECTA BOX: Select at least four horses in the 1st box.
• SUPERFECTA WHEEL: Select five or more horses, at least one in each of the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th boxes.

Use Section three of your playslip to select the amount you wish to bet per race ($1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20). Examples are based on the minimum bet cost for one race. The total cost of your ticket will equal:

• WIN or SHOW = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Horses Selected]
• WIN/SHOW = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Horses Selected] x [2]
• EXACTA: = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races]
• EXACTA BOX: [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations] (Two (2) is the number of bets in an Exacta Box if only two horses are selected.  If more than two horses are selected, the cost will increase by $1 for each additional possible combination.  For example, if three horses are selected, there are six possible combinations for a cost of $6.
• EXACTA WHEEL:  [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations] (For example, if the number one horse is selected in Box 1, and the two and four horse on Box 2, there are two possible combinations, 1-2 and 1-4.  The cost, based on a $1 bet, would be $2.
• QUINELLA = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] (If more than two horses are selected, each additional horse will increase the cost by $1 for each set of possible Quinella finishes. For example, if the one and two horses are selected, the sets would be 1-2, 2-1, and the minimum cost would be $1. If horses one, two and three are selected, the sets would be 1-2, 2-1; 1-3, 3-1; 2-3, 3-2, so the minimum cost would be $3—$1 for each of the three sets.)
• TRIFECTA = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races]
• TRIFECTA BOX = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations] (six (6) is the number of bets in a Trifecta Box if only three horses are selected. If more than three horses are selected, the cost will increase by $1 for each additional possible combination. For example, if four horses are selected, there are 24 possible combinations for a cost of $24.)
• TRIFECTA WHEEL = [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations] (For example, if the one and two horses are selected in Box 1, the three horse in Box 2 and the four horse in Box 3, there are two possible combinations, 1-3-4 and 2-3-4. The cost, based on a $1 bet, would be $2.)
• SUPERFECTA: [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races]
• SUPERFECTA BOX: [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations]. (Base bet amount is $0.10. 24 is the number of bets in a Superfecta Box if only four horses are selected. If more than four horses are selected, the cost will increase by $0.10 for each additional possible combination. For example, if five horses are selected, there are 48 possible combinations for a cost of $4.80.
• SUPERFECTA WHEEL: [Bet Amount] x [Number of Races] x [Number of Possible Bet Combinations]. (For example, if the number one horse is selected in Box 1, the two horse is selected in Box 2, the three horse is selected in Box 3 and the four and five horses are selected in Box 4, there are two possible combinations 1-2-3-4 and 1-2-3-5. The cost on a $0.50 bet would be $1. The base bet for this bet type is $0.10 – minimum required wager is $1.

In Section 4, select the number of consecutive races you wish to play (one, two, three, four, five, ten or 20).

If you would like to play Racetrax® Bonus, select “Yes” on your playslip for the Racetrax® Bonus option and have the chance to multiply your winnings on every race. You must play Racetrax® if you want to play Racetrax® Bonus. Selecting “Yes” will double the cost of your ticket. If you do not wish to play Racetrax® Bonus, then select “No.”

The maximum wager per ticket for Racetrax® when Racetrax® Bonus is not played is $120 per ticket. The maximum wager per ticket for Racetrax® when Racetrax® Bonus is played is $240 per ticket.
