Unclaimed ticket from April 2 drawing sold in Chestertown
Time is running out for a $1 million Mega Millions winner who bought a ticket for the Friday, April 2 drawing. The deadline to claim $1 million is the close of business on Friday, Oct. 1 for Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. Lottery doors close at 4:30 p.m.
Check your old tickets to see if you bought a Mega Millions ticket on March 31 for the April 2 drawing. The ticket was purchased at Royal Farms #250, located at 859 High Street in Chestertown, the county seat of Kent County.
The winning numbers from the drawing are 10, 42, 48, 53 and 62; the Mega Ball was 19. Maryland Lottery winners have 182 days from the date of drawings to claim prizes. With so little time remaining, the Lottery is asking the winner to call the Customer Resource Center or Communications team immediately at 410-230-8800. If no one comes forward, the $1 million prize will go to the Lottery Promotions Fund, and be used for future player prizes offered through second-chance promotions. This ticket is one of three $1 million winning tickets sold in 2021. The other two tickets, both claimed, were sold by retailers in Westminster and Nottingham, respectively.
