Players across the state won nearly $28.8 million during week ending June 11
A Home Run Riches FAST PLAY progressive jackpot ticket sold in St. Mary’s County worth $132,989 led the Maryland Lottery lineup of big prizes last week, while two scratch-off players in Waldorf and Dundalk each landed $100,000 wins.
In all, 37 tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or redeemed in the seven days ending June 11 and the Lottery paid nearly $28.8 million in prizes in that span. Among the big wins were five at the $50,000 level in Catonsville, Frederick, Middletown, Owings Mills and Silver Spring.
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
