Players across the state won nearly $27.9 million during week ending June 25

Six Maryland Lottery players won six-digit prizes last week on tickets purchased in Bowie, Damascus, Hollywood, Riverdale Park, and two in Gaithersburg.

Two of the top wins — in Damascus and Riverdale Park — came on FAST PLAY progressive jackpots of $170,566 and $107,801, respectively. Those two tickets were both sold on June 22.

In all, 42 tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or redeemed in the seven days ending June 25 and the Lottery paid nearly $27.9 million in prizes in that span.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations. All Maryland Lottery retailers are authorized to redeem tickets up to and including $600. More information is available on the How To Claim page of mdlottery.com.
