Wins of $100,000 or more scored in Easton, Grantsville and Lanham
Two Maryland Lottery players are now millionaires thanks to a $2 million scratch-off win in Frederick and a $1 million Powerball hit in Hyattsville, and another three players in Easton, Grantsville and Lanham hit for $100K or more.
In the seven days ending Jan. 7, 33 Maryland Lottery players won prizes of $10,000 or more, and all prizes for the week came to more than $36.7 million in prizes in the same seven days.
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
