Three Maryland Lottery players are starting November with plenty of reasons to celebrate after landing the biggest wins of the final week of October.
Three scratch-off players are each celebrating $100,000 prizes on a $100,000 Ca$h ticket sold in Hyattsville; a $100,000 Crossword 10th Edition ticket sold in Landover; and a Winter Multiplier ticket sold in White Marsh.
Meanwhile a Powerball player in Adelphi won a $50,000 prize in the Oct. 26 drawing and the jackpot is still rolling. The estimated annuity value for the Nov. 2 drawing is $793 million, with an estimated cash value of $339.9 million. The last time the jackpot was hit was Aug. 12, and since then, Powerball players in Maryland have won nearly $5.4 million, including 15 prizes of at least $50,000.
During the week of Oct. 26-Nov. 1, a total of 38 tickets statewide won Lottery prizes of $10,000 or more and the total winnings for all prizes statewide came to more than $31.7 million.
