Three $10,000-Winning Mega Millions Tickets Sold in Dec. 17 Drawing

Jackpot rolls to $825 million for Friday night’s drawing

Although there was no Mega Millions jackpot winner in last night’s drawing, there were three $10,000 third-tier winners across Maryland. Those winning tickets were sold in Baltimore, Fort Washington and District Heights.

The winning numbers from the Dec. 17 drawing are 56, 66, 67, 68 and 69 with a Mega Ball of 18 and a 4x Megaplier prize multiplier. Check your tickets for a win. The lucky Baltimore City ticket was sold at Wawa #8511, 4901 Boston Street. The two winning tickets sold in Prince George’s County were from Silesia Convenience, located at 10909 Livingston Road in Fort Washington and the District Heights Wawa #8537, located at 2151 Brooks Drive.

This Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is set at an estimated jackpot annuity of $825 million with an estimated cash option of $382.2 million. If won at that level, the jackpot would be the largest Mega Millions prize ever won in December and the seventh largest in Mega Millions history, according to the jackpot update on megamillions.com. Since the game started in 2022, players have won 13 Mega Millions jackpots in December.

Maryland winners in last night’s drawing have 182 days to claim their prizes. Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the backs of winning tickets immediately and keep those tickets secure until arrangements to claim have been made.

Prizes up to $25,000 can be claimed at the cashier window of any of the six casinos in Maryland or at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. More information on claiming prizes at Lottery retailers is available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website.

Mega Millions tickets are sold in 47 states and jurisdictions. Winning numbers are available at mdlottery.com and on your mobile phone by downloading the free Maryland Lottery app.
