It wasn’t until after work, when Annette checked the game’s winning numbers on the Maryland Lottery website, that she realized she had won. She experienced a moment of pure disbelief and elation. Screaming at the top of her lungs, the Martinsburg, West Virginia resident rushed home to share the thrilling news with her husband.
“I never imagined winning such a big prize,” Annette said, still in awe of her Lottery luck. “It felt like a birthday gift coming early!”
Annette plans to save her prize and invest the money wisely. Although she has no immediate plans for the funds, the unexpected windfall is a welcome financial boost. When asked if she plans to continue playing, Annette’s enthusiasm was clear: “Without a doubt, I’ll keep playing. I hope I can win again!”
